Le Mans Prototype
The American Le Mans Series features long-distance races as an integral part of sports car racing's remarkable heritage. It is a series with historic and deep racing roots and events at legendary racing ciruits. ALMS consists of a series of endurance and sprint races and was created in the spirit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. With starting grids of up to fifty competitors and the presence of an impressive number of internationally known drivers, ALMS event spectators average around 52,00 people.
